ISA card 16 bit in, 8 bit out


This ISA card is using a PEEL ic to do all the address and IO decoding
The 16 bit outputs is connected to 16 LED and also to the 14 pin LED display connector
The 8 bit input port is connected to a 8 bit DIL switch


The smart thing about this board is the shilding on top side is GND and bottom side is +5V
This makes all wiring much faster. If a pin needs to be "1" then it's just a solder point on the bottom side

I guess this was done in 1994
