27Mhz CB FM one channel transmitter
This FM transmitter for 27 Mhz channel 21 was also made back in the old days before I got my HAM licens
This is my first homemade FM transmitter, it is made with no schematics at all, just pure try and try until it works.
The CB crystal is oscillating at the fundamental freq, and then tribled up to 27Mhz
A reversed biased diode in series with the crystal make the FM modulation, the LED indicates good modulation level
Output power 450 mW at 16V powersupply.
It still works !
