UHF RC system, Customer competition

FPV flight video of whole trip must be send or linked to, so I can see you have flown the range you say.
Use OSD with distance to home, and/or landscape points that is easy to find and prove with google maps.
The ground station, you, may not move position while you fly, like from a car.
it is the radio range we want to see, This is offcourse also a duration test of your plane flight range :-)
since max distance is the ground PEAK distance from ground station, the plane must RETURN safely to the ground station area
this mean your plane travel double the distance as noted here.
no kamikazy or crash flights are allowed to win.

Rules LR:
Any transmitter power can be used, standard 500mW or 7W booster or any other, we just need to know all about it
Any transmitter antenna size and mounting height can be used !

Warning and hints:
Fly safe, Fly legal, if you begin to loose RC or video range, go back !
Setup fail safe correctly, maybe use return to home auto flight system in case bad things happen.
Use at least 1/10 of the distance as height, dont fly behind large buildings or such.
Locate your ground station on a large hill with free sight in the direction you plan to fly.
Dont fly alone, write GPS position on the video screen all the time, will help you locate lost plane.
Know you flight time, battery or fuel, an OSD with mAh read out will help you not run out of battery.
