After a few hardcore landings and really bad crashes I wanted to add a EPP front

I cut away the old bended nose, and just glued a new piece of soft EPP

It was fast and easy to cut it into right shape, using a sharp blade, and sand paper for the rest.
The restored wing weight only 5 gram more, due to new EPP and new glue. It looks like new again.

The motor mounting was made using glasfiber PCB, but that broke due to a wild crash,
now I try with a 3mm Polycarbonate plate, that is much more strong and much more flexible.
