Now the BFO frequency is generated via a VCO and PLL IC. and not via Xtal ocillator

The PLL IC gets it's input refference frequency from the 12.8 Mhz TCXO that also feeds the PIC with clock
Output B is programmed to generate 10.7015 Mhz (the BFO freq for USB) this is locked to the stable TCXO !
This signal is fed into a amplifier to filter it and drive the BFO mixer with +7dBm
