Infrared controller sampler Z8 CPU

This IR-sampler, will find and store the whole IR data stream in the local 6116 RAM
this stored data can then be downloaded to a PC via the parallel port, then my homemade PC program can analyze the signals
it is also possible to upload data from PC and then use the hardware as a transmitter
The RAM address bus is driven by a ripple counter.
The Zilog Z8 Microcontroller is programmed using assember code that is almost similar to Z80 code
