In each wing half there are 3 FUTABA S9303 to provide the speed and power necessary for the ailerons.

This interesting looking flying wing is a special demo project made for a university

The ailerons are mounted on top of the wing almost in parallel with the wing, and it uses a side rudder in each winglet
I am sorry I did not get the ccm data over this huge 3W engine boxer twin-spark for the 3 x 3 meter Extra.

Next day at the flying field, more action ! One more Cougar 2000 with new engine and better servos FUTABA S9252, Manos was happy and loves that plane !

Another member was also constructing same Extra so the 50ccm engine was tested before the plane was completed
See the large leather glove !! Finger and hand protection is a good idea when starting large engines !!
